Auto Spawn Kits added to the server! πŸ‘š

Just in time for the new wipe I might add as well 😊

It’s a simple kit covering most of the basic necessities, and compensating for the additional PvE thread that Microhabitat has to offer!

Using /autokit allows you to turn off these kits, in case you’ve outgrown them or simply don’t want them.

Car Lifts v2

At any powered Car Lift in the game you can now, with enough scrap, buy a 2-, 3-, or 4-socketed Car Chassis! πŸš—

Keeping Scrap a more valuable currency, and saving you from wandering around finding the right sized chassis in the wild.

It even comes with a free 100 fuel to boot β›½


Huge changes to the RPG system!

The XPerience and Quality Crafting plugins have been replaced by one plugin to replace them both πŸ’

Besides this huge change there have been several smaller changes as well:

  • Difficulty balancing fixes, making tough content more rewarding, and lower easier content less daunting
  • the Chinook should hopefully drop it’s crates off better at monuments, third time’s the charm right? Also it will only drop crates when people are online, and crates will now stay for 4 hours. 🚁
  • Last but certainly not least, Xyzetta has implemented many new skins for everyone to use! πŸ‘•πŸ‘š

Vehicular Radio’s πŸ“»

So, the other day on the server we were talking about radio’s on cars, this new plugin we’ve implemented took it a step further, check the pics and you’ll see what I mean! πŸ˜…

You can still interface with the radio as usual to change channels or insert a cassette, though turning it on/off requires a button that each vehicle receives upon placing the radio.

Besides the vehicles shown, it also fits on the Scrap Transport Helicopter, but it’s completely out of sight inside the dashboard there, so I didn’t take a picture, the cockpit dashboard receives a button on it on the very spot where there normally is a missing dial!

Unlike the lock or turret, the radio does not require crafting; unfortunately, but can simply be added and removed via a command you’ll find in the /info panel!

tl;dr no more boring quiet flights to the oilrigs, or trips across the map in eerie silence! πŸ€—πŸŽΆπŸŽ΅


Cars received turrets!

Simply bring a car to a powered car lift, drag a turret from your inventory to the car slot you’d like to equip it on, put a gun and ammo on the turret, and don’t forget to flick the switch to On 😎

Some specifications:

  • Limited to 1 turret per car
  • Can be deployed on any car module except the Engine and Storage modules
  • Turret can be removed with the Building Hammer and the Remover tool
  • Turrets will be locked along with the self-deploy-able codelock
  • Turret will remain active even when the engine is not running, though can be turned off manually
  • Turret will target both NPC’s and animals, but not players
  • Turrets can be rotated
  • If you move the car module with the turret, the turret will move along with it
  • Removing a car module with turret will add a turret to your inventory

For RP purposes it will be a lot easier leaving cars accessible on Car Lifts, helicopters standing on a helipad and your planters being where they should be: outside! 😊

Notes:

  • In most cases, only a code-lock works, in some cases the key-lock also works
  • Besides Planters being lockable now (to prevent fertilizer theft), only the owner (who put it down), and his team members have access to the grown vegetables.
  • It is no longer possible to change a car on a powered Lift that you do not have lock access to (ie: swapping modules, removing the lock or changing the code now requires the code)
